The HRTF Explorer is a GUI based in Python that uses the Binaural Rendering Toolbox (BRT) to deliver spatialised audio over headphones. It is primarily an example of how to use BRT within Python for the generation of spatial audio (e.g. for spatial audio experiments or applications). You can also explore within the audio modality, differences between HRTFs and source/listener locations.
Within the explorer there are different example HRTFs you can switch between, as well as manipulating the location of the source and listener. Certain spatialisation features can be enabled and disabled and another fixed location source can be played simultaneously.
